Olympic is a Czech rock band. The group was founded in 1963 under the name of Little Red Riding Hood (Karlín Cultural Cabaret) Miloslav Ruzek. Original members include the founders of Czech rock music, Tortoise's debut album is considered one of the groundbreaking album of Czech big beat.

Vaclav Neckář won awards in the annual Academy Awards 2011 Popular Music Angel just 3 awards. With the song “Midnight” with a group he took Umakart Award for Song of the Year, Video of the Year and also in his 68 years as a legend of Czech popular music entered the Hall of Fame.
